Paul Myron

Paul Myron is Vice President and Treasurer of Howmet Aerospace Inc. (formerly named Arconic Inc. until April 2020; and formerly named Alcoa Inc. until November 2016), a role he has held since June 2022. As Howmet’s Treasurer, Paul is responsible for global treasury activities, including risk, cash and capital management, as well as managing relationships with creditors, rating agencies and commercial banks.
Paul previously held the role of Vice President, Corporate Finance of Howmet Aerospace Inc. since June 2021. Prior to that appointment, Paul held the role of Vice President and Corporate Controller of Howmet Aerospace Inc. since November 2016 and Vice President, Finance for Alcoa Power and Propulsion, a position he assumed in 2012. Paul joined Alcoa Inc. in 1989 as a systems analyst in Pittsburgh and in 1992 relocated to the company’s Davenport, Iowa facility as a product accountant. He served in numerous financial management positions from 1995 until 2000 when he was named Commercial Manager and Controller for the Atlantic division of Alcoa World Alumina and Chemicals business.
In 2002, Paul was appointed Vice President of Finance, Alcoa Primary Metals and later became Vice President of Finance, Alcoa World Alumina and Chemicals. In 2005, he was elected Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, accountable for Alcoa’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting worldwide. In February 2012, Paul became Director of Finance Initiatives for Alcoa’s Engineered Products and Solutions business, overseeing specific financial initiatives and projects within the group.
Paul obtained an MBA and a Master of Science degree in the Management of Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics from St. Francis University.
