UAB™ blind bolt
The UAB™ (Unimatic® Advanced Bolt) blind fastening system is ideal for composite structure and automated installation. This blind fastener provides the benefits of the traditional MS blind bolt, but with additional capabilities. This fastener has a flush pin break and enhanced blind side bulb diameter for ease of use. In addition, one nosepiece can be used to conveniently install three diameters: 5/32 in., 3/16 in. and 1/4 in. UAB™ fasteners are available in corrosion resistant steel (CRES) or lightweight titanium designs.
