Neil Marchuk is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Howmet Aerospace Inc. (formerly named Arconic Inc. until April 2020), a role he has held since March 2019. In this role, he is responsible for Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Information Technology and is President and Director of the Howmet Aerospace Foundation.  He served as Interim President, Engineered Structures from October 2023 to April 2024; and Interim President, Fastening Systems from November 2022 to May 2023.

He joined Howmet Aerospace in 2019 from Adient, an automotive manufacturer, where he had been Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since 2016. In that role, he also led Facilities, Health Safety & Environment, Aviation and Communications, and was part of the senior leadership team that led the spin-out of Adient from Johnson Controls.

Neil was previously Executive Vice President of Human Resources at TRW (2004 – 2015), the former global supplier of automotive systems, until it was acquired by ZF Friedrichshafen AG in 2015. There, Neil led the integration of the companies. Earlier in his career, he held various human resources roles at DuPont and SC Johnson.

A leader with a true global perspective, Neil has lived, worked and studied in the United States, Canada, China and Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Windsor (Canada), and a Master’s Degree from Paisley University (now the University of the West of Scotland).
